PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

We oversee the structure behind each production, aligning budgets, schedules, crew, logistics, and communication from pre-production through filming. Our producers create a clear and controlled process that allows the creative team to focus on the work while every operational detail moves forward as planned.

Locations

We provide location sourcing, scouting, permitting, and production coordination for studios, businesses, private properties, and natural environments. Each location is evaluated for its visual relevance, accessibility, technical requirements, and ability to support the production safely and efficiently.

Transportation and Travel

We coordinate transportation, accommodation, and travel for cast, crew, equipment, and production personnel. From local shoots to multi-city productions, every movement is planned around the schedule to keep the team aligned and the production running smoothly.

Crew

We assemble experienced production crews based on the creative and technical needs of each project. Our network includes directors, cinematographers, camera teams, lighting crews, sound professionals, production personnel, and specialized technicians across major North American markets.

Equipment

We source and coordinate camera, lighting, grip, sound, aerial, and specialized production equipment. Each package is selected around the creative direction, shooting environment, crew requirements, and budget rather than applying the same technical approach to every production.

Casting

We manage casting for actors, models, performers, interview subjects, and real people. From casting calls and auditions through contracts, scheduling, and on-set coordination, we identify talent that aligns with the intended audience and creative direction.

Production Design

We develop and manage the visual environment of the production through set design, props, wardrobe, styling, and art direction. Each detail is considered in relation to the story, creating a cohesive world that supports the creative rather than distracting from it.

Special Effects and Stunts

We coordinate practical special effects and stunt work with experienced specialists. Planning includes technical requirements, rehearsals, scheduling, budgeting, safety procedures, and integration with the wider production team.

Insurance and Legal

We coordinate the insurance, permits, releases, agreements, and production documentation required for each project. This may include general liability coverage, equipment insurance, location agreements, appearance releases, talent contracts, music considerations, and municipal permits.
